Dennis has worked hard to build his business. He studied at The French Pastry School in Chicago, where he had the opportunity to work under Chef Sebastion Canonne, MOF and Jacqui Pheiffer. He has also held numerous jobs in the restaurant industry to gain the experience he has today.
When he is not at the bakery he spends his time with his wife and three kids.
