Dennis has worked hard to build his business. He studied at The French Pastry School in Chicago, where he had the opportunity to work under Chef Sebastion Canonne, MOF and Jacqui Pheiffer. He graduated in 2007.
He has also held numerous jobs in the restaurant industry to gain the experience he has today.
In 2010 he opened his first Alice Bakery on Main Street in North Wales,PA. In June 2015 he expanded his business with a second location in the heart of Ambler, PA at 95 E. Butler Ave.
You may also see us at a local farmers market, this year we are at Doylestown (Saturdays 8-1).
When he is not at the bakery he spends his time with his wife and three kids.
